Position Overview

We are seeking a select number of highly motivated, determined, and fearless Real Estate Agents with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, using in-depth knowledge of the local real estate markets.

EuroEstates boasts an international, professional team working in a friendly, cooperative environment. Located in RAKEZ freezone and Dubai's Jumeirah Lakes Towers, our culture is centered around excellence and closing deals.

Qualifications

    • Partner with and guide clients through the real estate purchase process.

    • Mediate sales and purchasing negotiations to advocate for clients' best interests.

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    • Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

    • Participate in networking events and exhibitions.

    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

    • Exceptional communication skills.

    • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask under pressure.

    • Independent worker with a strong sense of team collaboration.

    • Coachable attitude.

    • Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.

    • Valid UAE driving license.

    • RERA certification is a plus.
