Thank you for choosing EuroEstates Holiday Homes as your vacation destination. It is our utmost pleasure to have you as our valued guest, and we are committed to ensuring that your stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
We kindly remind you of our strict non-smoking policy, which is in place to ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests and maintain the cleanliness of our accommodations. We request your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines during your stay:
No Smoking: Smoking, including but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, tobacco, pipe, vape, hookah/shisha, etc., is strictly prohibited within the premises of our vacation homes. This policy extends to all indoor areas, balconies, patios, and common areas / shared spaces within the property.
No Barbecues: Please refrain from conducting barbecues (BBQs) or any open-flame cooking within the property to ensure all guests' safety and preserve our facilities.
No Burning of Oud Incense: While we appreciate the cultural significance of burning oud incense, we kindly request that you refrain from doing so within the premises of our vacation homes for safety reasons.
No Pet(s) and no Parties or Events are permitted.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and compliance with these policies, as they contribute to the overall comfort and satisfaction of all our guests as well as the safety of the community. We kindly request that you inform all members/visitors of your party about these policies to avoid unintentional violations. Please note that if any violations occur, the principal guest who made the booking will be responsible for any associated charges or damages resulting in immediate and non-refundable termination of the stay and an immediate impulsion of the penalty fee of AED 5,000.

Use of Premises
Our holiday homes are fully furnished and equipped to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Guests are permitted to bring personal belongings such as clothing and a reasonable amount of luggage necessary for their visit. However, bringing additional furniture, large appliances, or any items that would alter the existing setup of the property is strictly prohibited. Our properties are thoughtfully arranged to provide optimal comfort and functionality, and we kindly ask that guests respect this arrangement during their stay.
EuroEstates does not provide storage facilities or offer any storage services for guests. Our holiday homes are designed for immediate occupancy and enjoyment during your stay. Guests are kindly asked to make their own arrangements for any storage needs before check-in or after check-out. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter as we strive to maintain the quality and readiness of our properties for all our valued guests.
Please note that our holiday homes are hospitality establishments regulated by the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA). As such, they are intended for temporary accommodation purposes and not for long-term residency or relocation requiring personal furniture or household items.
Payment Policy
Full payment must be made in advance to confirm and secure your booking. The reservation will only be considered confirmed once the total booking amount has been paid in full and received by EuroEstates.
Please note that the booking amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including emergencies or unforeseen situations. Partial payments of the booking amount do not constitute a reservation or booking and, in any case, are non-refundable.
Payments must be made exclusively in UAE dirhams (AED). We do not accept payments in any other currency.
Right to Refuse Accommodation
EuroEstates reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest, even if a valid booking exists, under the following circumstances:
Inappropriate Behavior: If the guest's behavior conflicts with good manners or generally accepted standards of conduct, including but not limited to disruptive actions, harassment of other guests or staff, or any form of misconduct.
Intoxication or Substance Influence: If the guest is visibly under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or other psychotropic substances that may impair judgment or pose a risk to themselves or others.
Unsanitary Conditions: If the guest, their clothing, or luggage is excessively unclean, soiled, or emits strong odors that may affect the comfort and well-being of other guests.
Violation of Policies: If the guest intends to use the premises for purposes that are illegal or violate EuroEstates' policies, including bringing unauthorized furniture or large items into the property.
